The Senior Training Developer is responsible for instructional design of certification courses and learning paths. The ideal candidate will create new training documents and modules as well as re-work existing training materials to facilitate successful learning outcomes and objectives. Highlights of the role include:

  • Build innovative training courses, curriculum, and programs to drive improvement in overall agent performance
  • Implement best-in-class learning methods, eLearning content development, to improve existing training programs
  • Manage complex, strategic cross-functional training projects to drive innovative learning programs focused on the internal Sales Org and Channel Partners
  • Communicate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts directly to understand needs and direction of training from a real-world company perspective
  • Location: HQ, Tel-Aviv office OR Boston, MA/ Akron, OH


  • 5+ years experience in developing and managing training projects
  • English - Mother Tongue Level
  • Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication and interacting with people at various levels of the organization is critical
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related field is preferred. Degree in business or related field is acceptable when combined with relevant work experience
  • Experience with content development tools
  • Ability to work with global personnel (Time zone and culturally)
